<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Tablespoon of Epis Seafood Seasoning</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper Sliced</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Medium Onion Sliced</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes</span></p>
<p><b>Directions:</b></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rinse the sea scallops under cold running water to remove any remaining sand.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add scallops into a bowl, then add lime or lemon juice.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Into a large stainless-steel skillet add the olive oil, then sprinkle the Epis Seafood seasoning until skillet is evenly coated. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Heat skillet over medium heat and cook the sea scallops undisturbed until they are coated, about 1 minute. Flip the scallops and cook for 1 minute more.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.  </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Into the hot skillet, immediately add the sliced onion, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Sauté the vegetable mixture until their juices start to render to loosen up the brown bits at the bottom of the skillet.  </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add the scallops and its juices back into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.</span></li>
